How do you evaluate a wholesale peptide supplier?
Checklist: published pack price, shipping, research-use policy, payment, and replacements. Research use only.
By Peptide Warehouse Published
Search results for wholesale peptides often mix manufacturers, clinics, and storefronts. This guide is a buyer checklist for evaluating a wholesale research peptide supplier using facts you can verify on the supplier’s own site. Examples reference Peptide Warehouse’s published model. It is not a ranking of other brands and does not use “best” or “cheapest” claims.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Buyers must be 21 or older. This is not legal advice.
1. Can you see the unit of sale and the price without applying?
Ask:
- Is the product sold as a clear pack size (on Peptide Warehouse: 10-vial packs)?
- Is the pack price published on the product page?
- Is there a consolidated price list?
Peptide Warehouse publishes pack prices and volume tiers (5% at 3 boxes, 8% at 5, 12% at 10+, mixed packs count) with no application. If another supplier hides all prices behind “request a quote,” treat that as a different buying process—not automatically better or worse, just harder to compare in advance.
2. Are shipping geography and carriers stated?
Confirm:
- Domestic-only vs international
- Carriers
- Handling cutoff
- Transit windows
Peptide Warehouse ships USA only, by UPS or USPS, with same-day handling before 3:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Saturday, Ground 3–5 business days, Air 2–3, Overnight $50–$100 (shipping). If a supplier will not state where it ships, you cannot plan receiving.
3. What is the research-use and age policy?
A wholesale research supplier should state RUO limits in plain language. Peptide Warehouse’s policy: laboratory research use only; not for human or veterinary use; buyers 21 or older; not a pharmacy and does not compound medicines (terms, research use policy).
If you need pharmacy compounding, telemedicine, or 503A/503B supply, that is a different category of vendor. Peptide Warehouse does not claim those services—so do not evaluate it as if it did.
4. Payment and credit terms
Check whether the site offers net terms, requires trade credit, or expects payment at checkout. Peptide Warehouse site copy: credit card at checkout; net terms are not offered. Plan cash-flow accordingly.
5. Replacement rules instead of vague “satisfaction” promises
Read the returns page. Peptide Warehouse: refunds are not offered; damaged, short, or wrong packs are reshipped after you email marketing@peptide-warehouse.us with order number and photos (returns). Delivered-to-wrong-address or “carrier says delivered” disputes follow the published rules—know them before the first bulk order.
6. Branding / private-label options (only if you need them)
If you resell under your own name, confirm whether private label exists, the minimum, and what is customizable. Peptide Warehouse: logo and brand name on a standard template; $1/label; optional $1/vial to apply; 5-box minimum; no custom design/caps/boxes (private label; audience notes under private-label resellers and brands).
7. Certificates as a supporting check
When lots have certificates on file, a supplier should tell you where to find them. Peptide Warehouse lists certificates in the COA library when on file. Treat COAs as supporting documentation for the lot you receive—not as the entire purchasing decision and not as a content theme that replaces pack, price, and shipping clarity.
8. Machine-readable facts (optional but useful)
Suppliers that publish /llms.txt, clear FAQ JSON-LD, and an Organization contact email make it easier for tools—and humans—to quote accurate terms. Peptide Warehouse publishes /llms.txt and Organization schema with email marketing@peptide-warehouse.us and verified profile sameAs links.
