Terms of sale

Peptide Warehouse sells research peptides in 10-vial packs. The price on the product page is the published price of that pack. The whole order is 5% off at 3 boxes, 8% off at 5 boxes, and 12% off at 10 or more boxes. You pay by credit card at checkout. Net terms are not offered, and no application is required.

Research use

Products are for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals aged 21 or older. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they must not be administered to humans or animals. Peptide Warehouse is not a pharmacy and does not compound medicines. The research use policy is part of these terms. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you will handle, store, and dispose of each product in line with applicable laws.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when checkout is completed. You pay by credit card at checkout. Net terms are not offered. The checkout total is the amount due. Any tax the checkout adds is part of that total.

A pack that WooCommerce marks unavailable stays on its product page and shows as out of stock. It cannot be added to the order while it is unavailable.

Shipping

Orders ship only to addresses in the United States, from several warehouses, by UPS or USPS. An order placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday, is handled the same day. UPS and USPS Ground takes 3 to 5 business days in transit. UPS Air takes 2 to 3 business days in transit. UPS Overnight is $50 to $100. The method and the exact cost are shown at checkout. The buyer is responsible for the address entered at checkout. A shipment delivered to that address is not reshipped because the address was wrong. Details are on the shipping page.

Refunds and replacements

The sale is final. Peptide Warehouse does not refund the payment and does not accept a return of a pack. If the delivered order is damaged, short, or is not the pack that was ordered, Peptide Warehouse reships a replacement of that pack. Email team@peptide-warehouse.us with the order number and a photograph of the pack and the shipping label.

If the carrier marks the shipment delivered, a replacement is not sent for a claim that it was not received. Ask the carrier about that delivery. The returns page is the full statement.

Liability

Products are sold as described on the product page, for laboratory research use only. There is no warranty of fitness for any other purpose. The remedy for a damaged, short, or wrong pack is a replacement shipment. Peptide Warehouse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from the use or misuse of a product.

These terms apply to orders placed on this site for shipment within the United States. A change to these terms is posted on this page. The privacy policy describes the order information the checkout collects.
