Before you start

  1. Confirm you meet the age gate (21+) and that the order is for laboratory research use only (research use policy).
  2. Decide whether you need standard Peptide Warehouse packaging or private label (five-box minimum, separate label fees).

  4. Check stock on each product page. Out-of-stock packs stay visible but cannot be added while unavailable.

Path A — Product pages

Orders ship only to USA addresses, by UPS or USPS, from several US warehouses.

  • Same-day handling when placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday
  • After cutoff or Sunday → handled the next Monday through Saturday
  • Ground: 3–5 business days in transit
  • UPS Air: 2–3 business days
  • UPS Overnight: $50–$100

After the order

Keep the order number. If a pack arrives damaged, short, or wrong, email marketing@peptide-warehouse.us with the order number and photographs of the pack and shipping label. Refunds are not offered; the remedy is a reshipment (returns).

When a certificate of analysis is on file for a lot, look it up in the COA library. COAs are a supporting check, not a separate buying topic.
