How do wholesale peptide shipping and returns work?

Wholesale orders on Peptide Warehouse follow the same shipping and replacement rules as any other catalog order: USA addresses only, UPS or USPS, published handling cutoffs, and a no-refund / reshipment remedy for damaged, short, or wrong packs. This guide collects those live terms in one place for bulk and multi-pack buyers.

Where orders ship

Orders ship only to addresses in the United States. They leave from several warehouses in the United States. No single city is published as the sole ship-from location. International checkout is not offered on the live shipping page.

The buyer is responsible for the address entered at checkout. A shipment delivered to that address is not reshipped because the address was wrong (terms of sale, shipping).

Handling cutoff

  • Placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday → handled the same day.
  • Placed after that cutoff, or on Sunday → handled on the next Monday through Saturday.

“Handled” refers to warehouse processing; transit time starts after the order is handled.

How shipping interacts with bulk carts

Larger multi-pack carts use the same carriers and cutoffs. Private-label orders follow the same USA shipping rules; label printing may add 1–3 extra days before the order ships (private label). Whether Peptide Warehouse ships labeled goods to your customers is confirmed with your private-label order.

Returns and replacements

Live policy summary:

  • Refunds are not offered. The sale is final after the order is placed.
  • Peptide Warehouse does not take a pack back for restocking.
  • A pack that arrives damaged, short, or different from the pack ordered is replaced by a reshipment.
  • Email marketing@peptide-warehouse.us with the order number and a photograph of the pack and the shipping label.
  • If the carrier marks the shipment delivered, a replacement is not sent for a claim that it was not received—work with the carrier on that delivery event.

  1. Keep packaging and take clear photos of the pack and label.
  2. Locate the order number from checkout confirmation.
  3. Email marketing@peptide-warehouse.us with those details.
  4. Do not assume a refund path; the published remedy is reshipment when the problem is verified under the policy.
